01 How long does it take to make a custom punch die?

For 10 sets or fewer, it usually takes around 12 days after confirmation.

For bigger orders, we confirm the production schedule based on quantity.

Send your profile photo, thickness, and required quantity first, and we can confirm lead time quickly.

02 Are dies consumables? Can I reorder separately?

Yes, the die is a consumable wear part. You can reorder it separately later.

Send us your model number or a clear photo, and we will confirm the correct die size for you.

03 What information do you need for a custom die?

The best input is your profile drawing in CAD format.

If CAD is not available, a PDF drawing or clear profile photos with thickness and measurements will work.

Based on that, we can confirm the correct custom die solution.

All equipment comes with a one-year warranty. Custom heads, gun bodies, batteries, and chargers can be purchased separately.
